I feel that Sundays have an special energy (I don’t know why but you feel it in the air) is an energy that makes you feel calm and quiet, perfect for resting, meditating, enjoying, and refreshing your mind, but Sunday is also the ideal day for planning your week and making it more productive and easy.
During the week you are the whole day busy with your activities and in the afternoon when you come back home you only dream of rest, but at home, we have also many things to do: cooking, laundry, housework, tidying up, Uffff a million things to do! so planning your week is essential for making easier your life so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

Choosing Sunday your outfit for Monday and the whole week is a great way to save you a ton of time, especially in the morning, If there is something that helps me in the morning is choosing on Sunday what I am going to wear Monday and I try to have it ready to wear before to going sleep.

4- plan your meals for the week
Planning on Sundays your meals for the week is another way to save you a lot of time too and stress, and if you have time during the weekend to prepare ahead your meal you will save even more time during the week, but if you don’t have time for cooking during the weekend just planning and write what are you going to cook every day (even the snacks) this will help you to make your day easier and quicker.
