Our hair is made of proteins and amino acids and need the right nutrition to growing beautiful and healthy. Be sure to eat a balanced diet, rich in vitamins, proteins, fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to keep you good hydrated, this ensure you a healthy hair and skin, Among all the others benefits that has a healthy lifestyle.
2- Wash your hair gently
It is important to wash the hair regularly with a mild shampoo designed for your hair type, this allows you to wash the hair without to remove the hair’s essentials oils so important for a shiny hair. The frequency will depend of your hair type, your daily activities and your preferences.
Apply a little bit shampoo only to the scalp and massage it gently until you get abundant foam, then rinse it with lukewarm water and let the foam wash the rest of the hair so that it does not dry out too much the hair.
3- Condition your hair only the necessary
If your hair is thin and/or oily use conditioner on your hair only from mid-shaft down to your ends, keeping it away from your roots, comb it carefully with a wide tooth comb and wait at least 3 full minutes, and then rinse well.
If your hair is very dry and frizzy, use every week a deep conditioning product with coconut (I love it), avocado or olive oil on your hair, make the same process: comb your hair carefully with a wide tooth comb and leave it on your hair for 5 or 10 minutes and then rinse well.
4- Protect your hair from the heat
When you expose your hair to the heat every day or every week for a long time without any protection, it can lead to hair damage. Protect you hair using a heat- protectant on your hair before you use hot tool on your hair like blow dryer, curling or straightening irons, this is one of the best ways to protect your hair against the damage caused by heat styling tools. Heat can dry out your hair, burn your hair’s cuticle, cause split ends and breakage in addition to make your hair look dull and lifeless. This is one of the best hair care tips that you can follow and your hair will thank you for ever!

5- Trim your hair
Trim the ends of your hair every 6 or 8 weeks to get rid of split ends, especially if you use hot tools like blow dryers, curly or straightening irons. the hair and specially the ends get damaged by excessive use of these hot tools.
