When we meditate on the word motivation and its meaning we realize that absolutely everything we do in our life has a motivation, this moves us and pushes us to develop and achieve all our projects, from the more simple and necessary like eat and sleep to our more beloved dreams and projects like studies, work, family, and love.
Sometimes stress, problems, apathy, laziness, or negativity overwhelm us and make us feel discouraged, when that happens don’t hesitate to take a break to clear your mind and identify why you feel discouraged, remember don’t allow the discouragement take over your mind and hinder your goals.

1- Refresh your Mind: a Priority
When you take care of yourself you be able to give the best of you to your goals, so when you feel discouraged, overwhelmed, and stressed do not hesitate to take a break and rest to boost your energy and clear your mind. Sometimes discouragement appears because we are just exhausted and stressed, relax and do something that you love, enjoy, and distracts such as listening to music, dancing, reading, doing some exercise, walking, watching a movie, going out with a friend, doing some volunteer work, meditate. Disconnect for a moment is essential to refresh and clear the mind and is the best way to control stress and boost your motivation, when you control your stress levels you increase your concentration levels and your cognitive skills improve, therefore your productivity also improves, besides that you see the problems from a better point of view.

Sometimes we feel discouraged because our goal is not fully adjusted to reality, try to be practical and see things as they are, when you see the reality and you are practical, it is very difficult that you feel discouraged because you will be more aware about the challenges that you will have to face on and you will know better how to solve them.
