Health is beauty!
The first step to having a healthy and beautiful skin is a balanced diet, sleeping better at night, and keeping stress levels under control.
But when we have children, a lot of work and a thousand things to do, who has time, especially in the morning, to do a routine of 7, 8 or more steps (I don’t have that time), but it is also true that we must keep our skin healthy and beautiful.
The skin is exposed daily to the sun’s rays, pollution, climate changes, sweat, and impurities that once absorbed, affect the appearance and health of the skin.
Therefore is very important to build a daily skincare routine with the three essential steps that allow your skin everyday refresh, moisturize and protect it.
Step 1: Cleanse
When you use makeup this must be removed before going to sleep, to refresh your face and get rid of all the rest of the makeup, skincare products, sweat, pollution, and impurities that accumulate throughout the day, wash your face with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser, look for one fragrance-free, this has minimal ingredients to avoid irritation; If you use soap, make sure it has a neutral pH and is a soap special for your skin type. Finally, do not forget to use a towel that you use exclusively to dry your face.
Washing your face twice a day is an essential to refresh your skin and so get free of all impurities and your skin is ready to absorb the components of the products that you are going to apply.
Remember don’t sleep with makeup on, this can lead to clogged pores and hinders the skin’s ability to repair.
Step 2: Moisturize
Once the skin is clean, is the best moment to Pamper it with a good moisturizing cream, if this is oil-free and a fragrance-free moisturizer is too much better, this will be well tolerated in all skin types, from acne-prone to sensitive.
If you have oily skin this is not an excuse to skip moisturizer, Skin produces sebum to help keep moisturized, Oily skin produces an excess of sebum so no matter how oily or acne-prone your skin is, it will become dry without the right rehydration, and dried-out skin is irritated skin. Trying to rid the skin of sebum will have the reverse effect; the skin will produce more oil, people with oil-prone skin should seek lightweight and oil-free products, and your makeup should be also so, lightweight and oil-free.
Step 3: Protect
Always include sunscreen into your daily skincare routine this is the best way to ensure that the skin is protected from sun damage and premature skin aging, in the short and long term, There are countless moisturizers and makeup products with SPF built-in.
Applying sunscreen during any outdoor activity, is very important, especially when tanning. Any exposed skin becomes a potential target for sun damage.
be sure to choose a sunscreen identified as “broad-spectrum” This means it blocks out both UVA and UVB rays, unlike just a sun protection factor (SPF) designed to block burning UVB rays.
The key with skincare is consistency, I mean every day and patience, and don’t overcomplicate your routine.
With a simple skincare routine that you can easily follow every day is enought to begin to see positive changes for a healthy and beautiful skin.
Live and enjoy a more chic life.
